WHAT IS
MOUNTAIN TOPS
Mountain Tops is a program designed to build confidence, camaraderie and various movement skills for those with physical, mental and/or emotional developmental disabilities. This program is open to adults and young adults at least 16 years old who are looking to have some fun while improving their fitness and energy levels through a variety of different workouts and events. Mountain Tops works with the Washington Development Disabilities Association in providing short-term care to those with respite. Contact me in the form below to find out how we can get started!
MOUNTAIN TOPS CLASSES
-
Before joining a class, we will schedule a time to meet one-on-one to chat and learn more about each other!

-
Classes are currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 hour from 3:30 to 4:30 PM at the Lacamas Lake Lodge. I ask all participants to sign up in advance for the classes they can attend using the "Book Online" page.

-
The rate for each hour of class is $21 per student. Pacific Peaks Fitness is a respite provider and before using any respite hours, must sign a copy of the Person Centered Service Plan (PCSP) for each athlete provided by the case manager.

-
Each class will consist of a light warm-up, strength and core exercises (each with a different format or variety of equipment), a fun finisher or challenge and a gentle cool down.
