MOUNTAIN TOPS PROGRAM
movement for
everyone
Mountain Tops is an adaptive fitness and activity program designed to build confidence, camaraderie, and various movement skills for those with neurodevelopmental differences.
We work with the Washington Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) in
providing short-term
care to those with respite.

Classes EVERY Tuesday &
thursday from 3:30-4:30PM

Mountain Tops classes and events are open to individuals at least 18 years old who are looking to have some fun while improving their fitness and energy levels through a variety of different workouts and extra activities, like rock climbing and hiking, throughout the year.
Each Tuesday class consists of a light warm-up, stability, core, and strength exercises (with a different focus each month). Each Thursday class consists of a warm-up and a walk along the Heritage Trail (weather permitting). Both classes finish with stretching & shoutouts!

Before you Start
Classes are every Tuesday & Thursday from 3:30-4:30pm at the Lacamas Lake Lodge. You can join us for one or both classes each week, or drop on in as you are available.
After we chat, we will send you an email with all the Mountain Tops information: participation forms, how to sign up for classes, payment options, and staying connected with event and class updates. After completion of the forms, we kindly ask that all athletes be signed up before coming to class. You can sign up on the "Book A Workout" page or through the "Fit by Wix" app.
Pacific Peaks Fitness is a respite provider through DDA. If you would like to use respite hours for this service, notify your case manager and let them know you would like to take classes with Pacific Peaks Fitness. If you would like to pay out of pocket, each class is $19 per athlete and an invoice will be sent via email every other month for any classes attended in the previous two months.
